Ingredients

Makes ~4 scoops (amounts approximate — dial to taste).

  • ~480 g Greek-style yogurt (BIO+ Griekse stijl 10% vet)
  • 1–2 cloves garlic (finely grated or crushed)
  • Fresh or dried thyme (to taste)
  • Salt (to taste)

Method

  1. Spoon the yogurt into a bowl.
  2. Grate or crush in the garlic, add the thyme and a good pinch of salt.
  3. Stir well, taste, and adjust salt/garlic. Rest a few minutes so the garlic mellows before serving.

Notes

Macros are essentially the yogurt's — garlic, thyme and salt add negligible calories. Ground truth is the BIO+ Griekse stijl 10% vet label (per 100 g: 124 kcal · 4.5 P · 4.0 C · 10.0 F). Batch weight is an estimate — reweigh the yogurt next time to make it exact.
